Sales process

1. Visit to the plot

  • Tour of the surroundings
  • Presentation of the location of each villa
  • Presentation of floor plans
  • Transmission of all documents relating to the project

2. Booking a villa

  • Reservation form Naef Prestige | Knight Frank
  • Payment of a reservation deposit (CHF 150,000.-) to the dedicated notary

3. Signing contracts

Share of land :

  • Payment of a deposit (between 50% and 60% of the sale price)
  • Contract of sale signed at the notary’s office

General contractor’s contract :

  • Meeting with the general contractor and review of documents (contract and description)
  • Signature of documents

4. Construction

  • Meetings with the project’s architects and general contractor
  • Additional meetings with the architects and general contractor to finalise choices
  • Site visits during the construction period
  • Drawing time to prepare new customised plans
  • Payment of the balance of the price in accordance with the schedule set out in the EG contract

5. Delivery

  • Payment of final instalment according to schedule
  • Inventory of fixtures and handover of the keys to the villa
