  • Transmission of all documents relating to the project

2. Booking a villa

  • Reservation form Naef Prestige | Knight Frank
  • Payment of a reservation deposit (CHF 150,000.-) to the dedicated notary

3. Signing contracts

Share of land :

  • Payment of a deposit (between 50% and 60% of the sale price)
  • Contract of sale signed at the notary’s office

General contractor’s contract :

  • Meeting with the general contractor and review of documents (contract and description)

4. Construction
